Suzanne hopes you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied a refund or exchange less P&P can be arranged.

Goods should be returned, as new, unworn and in original packaging with 7 days by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note earrings may not be returned.

Should any orders be damaged, broken or incomplete please contact Suzanne within 48 hours.
